- Join a physician-run, physician-friendly group - 1099 or W2 options - $170/hr for 1099 or $150/hr for W2 - Work out of one 25 bed Hospital  - Patient census avg 13 - No NP or PAs at this time - Ability to perform procedures a plus - Emergency Physicians or Surgeons available to cover procedures if needed - Respiratory therapist on-site 24/7 - Run codes / rapid responses, ER physician available to assist - Hospitalist must be present for entire shift (call room) - No OB or peds.
