Join the Team! Jack Nathan Health is looking for Registered Kinesiologists and Athletic Therapists in Markham, Ontario. We are in search of driven, enthusiastic, confident individuals for clinical positions. Currently looking for Kin’s and AT’s to assess and treat patients for a variety of MSK needs, injuries or pathologies. Day to day operations of manual therapies, application of modalities, gait analysis, rehabilitation, exercise prescription, custom orthotics and bracing programs.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Abide by Jack Nathan Health policies, procedures and Covid-19 protocols
- Looking for motivated professionals to treat, assess and interact with patients on a daily basis
- Relies on experience and judgement to ensure compliance to medical devices and modality treatment
- Cultivating relationships with other healthcare providers in the clinic
- Providing education and therapeutic exercise to patients
- Following rehab protocols
- Providing thorough patient follow up through detailed evaluations and assessments
- Charting/EMR upload
Job Requirements
Education/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Registration and good-standing with regulated College
- 3-5 years working experience within their field
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Experience in the following areas would be an asset: biomechanics, orthotics, orthopaedic bracing/fitting
- Experience in retail and sales
- Experience in orthopaedic devices such as orthotics and brace fitting is preferred
- Must have customer service skills, attention to detail, and exceptionally patient centered
- Provide administrative functions
- Excellent decision making and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work evening and weekend shifts
- Master’s Degree preferred
