Join the Team! Jack Nathan Health is looking for Physiotherapists in Kelowna, British Columbia. We are in search of experienced, highly-trained Physiotherapists to provide in-clinic and/or virtual care to patients suffering from acute and chronic injuries, conditions and pain. If your commitment to patient care is priority, join our team of excellence and specialization of rehabilitation. Day to day operations include: patient assessment, treatment plans, manual therapies, therapeutic modalities and exercise prescription.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Abide by Jack Nathan Health policies, procedures and Covid-19 protocols
- Providing exceptional MSK patient care and therapeutic intervention based on clinical assessment, reasoning, overview, imaging diagnoses etc.
- Fine-tuning treatment plans to achieve the best clinical outcomes
- Develop meaningful and trusting relationships with patients
- Collaborating with inter-professional team
- Provide recommendations of retail items not limited to: orthotics, bracing, medical device equipment etc.
- Advanced training in acupuncture therapy is an asset
- Concussion management is an asset
- Master’s degree preferred
- Charting/EMR upload
Job Requirements
Education/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Registration and good-standing with regulated College
- 3-5 years working experience within their field
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Experience in retail and sales
- Must have customer service skills, attention to detail, and exceptionally patient centered
- Provide administrative functions
- Excellent decision making and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work evening and weekend shifts
