Job Description

About Satori

Satori Group supports and incubates projects in a variety of industries, of which includes the health care industry, operating under Satori Health. We engineer and create sustainable business solutions that promote positive social change ranging from online specialty practice to community primary care clinics. Our mission is to provide engaged and human-centric family practice services to each patient and their families, alongside comprehensive and coordinated care for all patients who are experiencing one or more chronic conditions.

We believe healthcare should be customized and delivered in multiple ways. There is no one size fits all. We are a group of clinicians and professionals ranging from general practitioners, specialists, allied health professionals, and Nurse Practitioners, all who are an integral part of our interdisciplinary care team.

About the Role

Satori Health has acquired multiple family practice clinics over the course of 2020. We are looking for a medical professional who has a passion for innovation and health and is interested in utilizing their passion and expertise to align, engage, and oversee the day-to-day operations of each of our clinics to unify the operations of our primary care clinics and specialty clinics.

To be successful in this role, you exhibit exceptional and empathetic managerial abilities, which would ultimately translate to the delivery of excellent patient care. You are intuitive to potential risks that could arise within your teams, and you advise and address any hurdles to continue to support our clinical teams. You have your finger on the pulse of regulatory and legal changes within the industry, and you bring outside-the-box solutions to enhance our operations.

You both love and have experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
